14-day return and refund policy

To qualify for the Nourishment Today 14-day return and refund policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • An authentic unboxing video must be provided.
  • A detailed investigation will be carried out to verify the authenticity of the unboxing video.
  • The product must be returned to our logistics partner in its original packaging.
  • Change of mind is not covered under this policy.

When will I get my refund?

Important: once the seller receives the returned product, your refund will be issued to your bank account within 2 to 5 days. For device-related issues after use, please contact the brand’s warranty provider directly (if applicable).
