Welcome to Nourishment Today. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and buying our products. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nourishment Today, and “you” means anyone who visits the website or places an order with us, whether online, through WhatsApp or by phone.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Who can order

Our products are made for adult men. To place an order, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • give a delivery address within Pakistan; and
  • give us a name, phone number and address that are true, complete and your own (or those of the person you are ordering for, with their permission).

2. Important health information

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information on this website is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

Before using any supplement, please speak to your doctor, especially if you:

  • have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or liver or kidney disease;
  • take any prescription medicine, including medicines for the heart, blood pressure or blood thinning;
  • have a known allergy to any ingredient listed on the product label; or
  • are under medical supervision for any reason.

Always read the label and follow the recommended dose. Do not take more than the recommended amount, and do not use a product as a replacement for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Stop use and see a doctor if you notice any side effects. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

Results vary from person to person. Customer reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same results.

3. Product information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including their ingredients, pack sizes and directions for use. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time. If anything on the website differs from the label on the product you receive, the label on the product is the information to follow.

4. Prices and offers

  • All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Bundle prices and special offers apply only while they are shown on the website.
  • We may change prices, bundles and offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Placing and confirming orders

You can order through the website checkout, our Quick Buy form, WhatsApp or by phone. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, usually by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may call you to confirm your name, address and order details before we dispatch it.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and will let you know if we do, when:

  • we cannot reach you to confirm the order, or the contact or address details are incomplete or appear false;
  • the product is out of stock;
  • the order appears to be fraudulent, a prank, or placed for resale without our agreement;
  • the order is larger than a normal personal quantity; or
  • there was a pricing or listing error.

If you want to change or cancel your order, call us at [phone number] as soon as possible. We can make changes until the order has been handed to the courier.

6. Payment and cash on delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay the full order amount in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.

Placing a COD order is a commitment to buy. Each refused or unreturned parcel costs us shipping both ways. If you repeatedly refuse COD parcels without good reason, we may ask for advance payment or decline future orders.

7. Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan, free of charge, through our courier partners. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen because of weather, public holidays, strikes, security situations, courier issues or remote locations. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody can be reached, we may contact you to arrange another attempt.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or has items missing, record an unboxing video and contact us right away so we can help.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our 14-day Refund Policy. In short, a return needs an authentic unboxing video and the product in its original packaging. A change of mind is not covered. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used unless they were faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Please keep your details up to date and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

10. Using our website

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • place false, fake or prank orders, or order in someone else’s name without their permission;
  • try to break into, disrupt or overload the website, or introduce viruses or harmful code;
  • copy, scrape or reuse our content, images or product information for commercial purposes;
  • post content that is false, offensive, abusive, unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights; or
  • use the website in any way that breaks the laws of Pakistan.

11. Reviews and feedback

We welcome honest reviews. By submitting a review, comment or photo, you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience and give us permission to show it on our website and marketing, with your first name or display name. We may moderate, edit for length or remove reviews that are fake, offensive, off-topic, or that make medical claims.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Nourishment Today name and logo, text, product photos, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

13. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to run our business, such as courier companies and messaging services like WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from ours.

14. Limitation of liability

We take care in running this website and supplying our products, but to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not responsible for any harm caused by using a product against the label directions, above the recommended dose, or without medical advice where it was needed;
  • we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control;
  • we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors; and
  • our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded by agreement.

15. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only to process your orders, deliver them and support you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a problem comes up, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly by talking to us. If a dispute cannot be settled, it will be decided by the competent courts of Pakistan.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new products or services or when the law changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you placed it.
